Hello, again! + A Few Words On New Year Inspiration

Boy, has it been some time since I last wrote. I've been on an unintentional hiatus as I haven't really felt the inspirational ignition to write. And not only that, but I've been putting more focus and energy toward my YouTube channel. I sort of, often times, find myself in this predicament - do I write about something or talk about it front of the camera? How do I choose what goes on the website and what goes up on the channel? And since I've been having so much fun over in the YouTube world, I've kind of neglected the blog a little bit. But let me tell you something, I miss writing! I miss providing you with weekly bits of inspirational motivation on minimalism, self care, eco-friendly living, and beyond. While I can't make promises, I can say that I really want to start putting out more content again in this little corner of the internet. Life will gradually speed up and grow busier over the next few months, leaving me with even less time to prepare blog posts, but I'll definitely make an effort. 

A little under one month into the new year, I hope you've all been feeling motivated in some aspect of your life. Whether it be more positive, frequent exercise, make healthier choices, or anything imaginable, now is always the right time. You don't have to wait until the beginning of the year and if you haven't started yet, it's never too late. I think it's always good to look for ways to improve oneself. No one is perfect and there's always room for growth. Just know that if 2018 started off crummy and on a down note for you, that doesn't reflect the remainder of your year. You are the writer of your own story and if you're unhappy with something your life, you most certainly have the power to change it for the better. I have a video going up within the next few weeks sharing some extremely simple healthy habits to adopt this year so keep an eye out for that if you're interested in learning more!
