September Goals

The last few weeks have been crazy busy and I really haven't had time to sit down and prepare blogposts for this week except for the fall posts sitting in my editorial box waiting to be published (it's too early), so I thought I'd, last minute, share with you a few of my goals for next month. I think goals are important, and writing them down and sharing them is even more important because it can help to keep you accountable and on track. Autumn is right around the corner and I am so excited about it. You can pretty much just expect to see end-of-summer and fall blogposts from now on until the end of autumn. 

Travel planning
I'm taking a trip this fall to New England and I have some last minute planning to still accomplish! Before I ever travel to somewhere new, I always like to do my research ahead of time and compile a list of the all the hip places to check out while I'm there such as coffee shops, breweries, book stores, historical hot-spots, and so on. I've been planning for awhile now, but September is really going to be dedicated to creating an agenda for the trip so I know I'm prepared ahead of time. 

Spending time outside
I really haven't been spending as much time in the outdoors as I'd like to be this month, so I really want to soak up these last few weeks before it starts getting cold. Don't get me wrong, I do actually like the cold. But I know I'm going to miss the 80 degree weather just a little bit!

Lots of writing
Ideally, I'd like to get everything finished up for The Ivory Fawn for the months of October and November so that I'm ahead of the game and can focus on traveling and vlogging more. I definitely plan to vlog my trip as well as upload autumnal videos this year, so if I can at least get blog posts out of the way, I won't feel so busy and tied down to "work outside of work!" 

Continued exercise
I exercise every week at least twice a week, and yet I feel as though I've fallen off the "in-shape" wagon just a little bit. It's super easy to start cutting back once the winter months roll around, but I'm determined to continue my work out routine into autumn. Let's see how this goes!
