How To Have The Best Bath Ever!! (Detox Bath)

Say you've had a long, long week of work and you need to unwind and relax. You're exhausted and maybe even stressed out. I'll tell you right now that a detox bath can do the trick given the right ingredients. 

What You Need:
- 1 handful of epsom salt
-1/2 cup of baking soda
-10 drops of lavender essential oil 

The the epsom salt, baking soda, and essential oil combo is great because it helps to draw out toxins, lower stress-related hormones, and balance your pH levels. You don't HAVE to use lavender oil though. If I don't use lavender, I usually like to use eucalyptus, rose, rosemary, bergamot, or patchouli oil. Plenty of options. 

I also recommend adding some flowers to the atmosphere because let's face it, flowers can make a lot of things better such as baths. I also recommend getting a candle. My favorite candle to keep in the bathroom is my green tea leaves candle but really,  anything will work. Anything that has a calming scent, that is. You could also add some background music to the mix. This time is all about you and what will make you relaxed and just give that feel-good atmosphere.
