DIY: Coffee Exfoliating Facial Mask

Did you know that coffee grounds are tremendous when it comes to skin care? They can help to brighten and exfoliate skin, reduce eye puffiness, and even banish cellulite. I've personally only ever used coffee grounds for facial masks in a product that I bought (you can read the product review here), but never did I use them in a DIY. So naturally, I decided to try one out and share the recipe with you!

What you need:
1/2 cup of fine coffee grounds
1/2 cup of almond oil
1 tablespoon of Manuka honey
1/2 teaspoon of raw cacao powder

So, what you want to do is mix well in a bowl and spread onto your freshly washed face. Leave it on for about 10 minutes or so, and with wet fingers, gently message the entire face. Rinse well and pat dry! This recipe is gold because all the ingredients are key factors for helping skin. Why? The coffee grounds, like I've already said before, help to brighten and exfoliate skin. The almond oil promotes skin healing, Manuka honey is moisturizing, and cacao powder targets dark spots.
