Monthly Favorites! (January)

It's been awhile since I've done a monthly favorite's and so I figured I would do one again! There wasn't a TON of stuff that I enjoyed this month so it was a little hard to list - but I did manage to come up with a few things! Jeez though, I can't believe it's already February. I have a feeling this year is going to fly by just like the last one did.

This is my new winter coat I bought back in November! I bought it on sale at a store called G.H. Bass & Co. for around $80. I think it was originally $250 so I'm really lucky that I found it when I did because I would never pay that kind of money on a coat.  As some of you may or may not know, I'm also obsessed with the color olive green the past year and so when I found this coat at the store I fell in love. I'd actually needed a new winter coat as I hadn't gotten myself one for quite a long time - usually I just re-wear them but I figured it was time to upgrade. I wanted it to fit a little big so I bought it in a size medium. It's pretty simple; there isn't a whole lot of detail to it but I love the way it fits, the faux fur on the hood, and the dark buttons.

I bought this bubble bath a few weeks ago at Walgreens for I want to say around...$8? I could be way off on price... I can't remember, but it wasn't too expensive. Anyways, it's good stuff. It's in the scent lavender and orchid tea, and the best part? It's animal cruelty free. Along with parabens free, synthetic scent free, and etc. Basically on the shelf there was a sign that said, "Earth-friendly." A great thing about this product is there are TONS of bubbles when you use it and they stay bubbly the entire bath. With a lot bubble baths I've used before, the bubbles disappear quite fast.

I found these at the grocery store in the natural foods section decided to give them a try. I love kale chips, so I thought these would be pretty good to snack on. At first they tasted extremely weird but now I'm addicted. They are so good! The ingredients are A+. They probably aren't as healthy as home-made kale chips, but they work just fine when you're on the go.

So by this picture you can probably tell I am obsessed with this scent. I first discovered the Snow Angel lotion by Philosophy around 2 years ago and I've been using it ever since. It smells amazing. I'm not the best at describing scents but it's very clean and light. Maybe florally vanilla - I don't know, like I said, I'm horrible at describing scents. A great thing about the brand, Philosophy, is that they do not test on animals!

A few artists I've being enjoying this month:
- Courtney Barnett
-Cross Record
-Grizzly Bear
-The Fresh & Onlys
