Rosemary Roasted Almonds


As you know, almonds are super healthy and should be included in your diet. They can get a little boring after awhile when eaten plain, but with these few ingredients, it's a complete game changer. Super simple recipe and great for having company over. 




What you need:

  • 2 cups of raw almonds (skin on)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (*or coconut oil)
  • 1 pinch of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of rosemary, chopped



Combine all ingredients into a bowl and stir. Then place on a large flat baking dish. Make sure they are spread out evenly for baking. Bake for 15 minutes at 350˚F/176˚C. It doesn't hurt to take them out and stir halfway through. 


Make sure to let your almonds cool completely before enjoying them - they will be chewy any weird before they are completely cooled. 

(*Note: You don't need the rosemary branches in with your finished almonds....I have those purely as decorative purposes for these photos...)
