Smoothie Journal pt. II (Berry Almond Smoothie)



Hello! I am back with another smoothie recipe for you guys. I know summer passed quite a few months ago, but I figured, heck, why not? Strong berry taste with a slight touch of almond. Mucho healthy.






What you will need:

  • 1 1/2 cup ice
  • Dollop of Vanilla Greek Style Yogurt Cultured Coconut
  • Almond milk (as much as you prefer)
  • 1/2 cup freshly rinsed organic blueberries
  • 1/2 cup freshly rinsed organic blackberries
  • 1 cup of almonds
  • 1/2 peeled banana, sliced

Blend to preferred consistancy
