Santa Fruit Shish Kabobs

With the holidays coming up, I thought it would only be appropriate to post some Christmas stuff while it's the month of December! I found this recipe a couple years ago on Pinterest actually, but I wanted to share it with you because I thought it was such a cute idea. If you're a little kitchen challenged like myself, this would be GREAT to try out!

So basically, they are Santa fruit shish kabobs. Super simple to make, super healthy, and when I took them to a Christmas last year everyone loved them.

What You Need:

  • Freshly rinsed strawberries
  • Freshly rinsed grapes ( I harp on rinsing your fruit because IT'S IMPORTANT)
  • Sliced banana slices
  • Small marshmallows
  • Toothpicks

Honestly, it's best if you can find smaller strawberries, grapes, and marshmallows for this because sometimes they won't all easily fit onto the toothpick if they are too big, and trust me, you run out of room fast. Another thing, try not to cut the banana slices too thin as they will rip easily, trust me on that one too. And LASTLY, it works best if you make these right before - rather than the night before, because if the bananas sit overnight, they won't stay as nice.
