Smoothie Journal pt. I (Green Smoothie)


Hello there!

I am back with a recipe! Ever craving something sweet but HEALTHY? Not much of a "healthy eater" but need to cram in your fruits and vegetables? Smoothies might be your best choice. This one is F I L L E D with a ton of stuff, kind of one of those things where you just keep throwing ingredients in until you think it's probably enough.



What you will need: 

  • 2 cups of ice
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 10 oz Green Machine Naked Juice (optional)
  • Freshly rinsed and sliced organic honeydew melon
  • 1 sliced organic kiwi
  • 2 cups of freshly rinsed organic kale (remove stems)
  • 1/2 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 2-3 tbsp organic honey
BLEND UP UNTIL PREFERRED CONSISTENCY AND ENJOY!
